The talent, youth and inventiveness of Manon and Adrien. It's in Cambo-les-Bains, a renowned spa town, that they offer their gastronomic signature. Using seasonal produce, mainly from the Basque region, our dynamic, well-seasoned brigade presents a regularly renewed menu, in a luminous setting with a pleasant terrace. The service is hand-stitched and rhythmic, and like the Petit Futé, you'll appreciate the well-balanced flavors of our fish and meat dishes. And validation for the sweet treats, too. A real success!

Collège Culinaire de France. Open Wednesday to Saturday, lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch. Lunch menus (excluding weekends and public holidays): €24 and €30. A la carte: average €45/50. Tasting menu: €68. Children's menu: €15. Terrace. Air-conditioning.
