Trained in Michelin-starred establishments for several years, Lucile and Grégory have opened their own establishment in Cambo-les-Bains: Terrae (which means "from the earth"). In an intimate, cosy setting, with just a few tables and contemporary decor, you'll discover an innovative, tasty and refined cuisine. There's no denying that the level of gastronomy here reflects their talents. Using local produce, for example, you'll appreciate the lamb shoulder confit (12 hours). And the sweet side is just as refined.
