Jean-Charles Martel has been a specialty of the wood fire for seven years now, for a very diverse map: grilled meats, fish, skewers (especially of gambas), lovers of good meat will have an address all found. Another highlight of this table, the pizzas fall into 18 varieties: always baked with wood fire, which gives them an inimitable character, they explore a wide range of tastes, from Italian classics, through variants to seafood and even a very gastronomic pizza to duck duck. To stay in the atmosphere of the ancient site of Jublains, Jean-Charles Martel can also prepare you a meal as it ate the Romans in ancient times with pork sauté, apples and a lot of spices (only for groups and to reserve one week in advance).

We that made several times that the one here nothing same can blame welcome super reasonably priced service nickel smiling waitresses owner do is a pleasure D of go there to dine

I went for the first time in April 2012 and it was really top, in keeping with its excellent reputation, service and cuisine (perfect beef carpaccio). I gone back at the end of 2012 and there radical change, the waitresses changed, which is served to us obviously looks not to like its job, chewing its chewing gum all evening and moving including an elephant in the room, but no then no class! The cuisine even disaster, a salad mayennaise without any imagination summarizing for two boils of camembert founding on a toast, all drowned in salad. For meat (duck) no respect of cooking methods required! I imagine that the restaurant was taken over by new owners. Really shame, the reputation was well!

Excellente cuisine !!! Cela fait au moins 5 fois que j'y vais franchement jamais déçu, j'y ai même organisé en septembre dernier le baptême de mes garçons !! Très bonne cuisine très bon accueil !! Service agréable ! C'est sur je vais y retourner ! Merci de nous régaler !!

Despite features of this hotel, I was not magic. To start we were six people adults four on a large table and two on smaller kind for children (not friendly). The very noisy (many people), we were pushed, aperitif not all that the entrance already arrived. The very friendly service and smiling return phew. The black apron (stain) of the chef pizzas, to change run to be presentable during the service is not even come to them to the idea. We took the menu €25, BOF without any taste no flavour... even the pepper sauce did not have taste to say. That is the second time that I get there it is really disappointing.

unfortunately we did not enjoy this excellent cuisine... of roman cuisine on the menu, radio in noise melts (rather powerful), spaghetti and rice too cooked, main courses well presented but bland, waitress not the current of the Very disappointing menu. The menu at €25 is hardly a menu with 15 or 16th!
