You will find in this pleasant farmhouse in the heart of a green setting, a unique monovariétal cider of its kind from the only variety Avrolles. A new acidulous, little sweet and very fruity that we owe to a young couple who have been installed for only three years but who already count among the big ones. Not happy to have won a few medals at the Paris 2013 General Agricultural Competition (money for the crude and semi-dry farmers, gold the pommel Maine AOC), Marie and Fabien Bourny second, this year, with the 2014 award of excellence for their ciders and pommel. It is therefore strongly recommended to see them between Laval and Glass. Their pleasure will be to share their passion with you. Cider is not a recent production on the farm where it has been manufactured for more than twenty years. As the heirs of their predecessors who sent their know-how before passing their hand, Marie and Fabien continue, naturally and simply, to bear the fame of the Cornesse Farm as far as possible. From the glass orchard everything is home. Apple juice, Maine's fine-style cider vinegar, are other treasures to take away from you and with which you will leave, proud of your discoveries and your beautiful basket.
