You will fully immerse yourself in this farm which raises cattle of Charolais breed and ewes of Romance breed whose food is essentially composed of grass, grazed or distributed in the form of hay when the meadows no longer grow. You will discover the breeding, its environment, the practices and will taste the meats around a good meal shared by the fire.
