DOMAINE DE LA DURETIERE - MUSEE DU CIDRE

Aurore and Josselin Le Royer have just taken over the family cider farm in Domfrontais controlled appellation area, bordering the Normandy-Maine Regional Park. Since March 2018, they have been welcoming visitors to their brand new museographical space adjoining the estate in the middle of the orchards, which has undergone a complete makeover. During a free visit, you will discover the manufacture of cider then spirits thanks to a scenography, the projection of videos with the staging of old tools and of course a convivial moment with the producers around a tasting of products in the shop. You will find: apple juice, cider, perry, pommeau de Normandie, Douceur de Poiré, calvados and Domfrontais calvados. For groups as from 25 persons, guided tours including the visit of the farm are possible on prior reservation. Tasting and sale at the end of the visit.
