LA CRÉMAILLÈRE
Created on December 4, 1974 by Suzanne Rosiau, instead of the former Barking du Val, the Railway is the oldest walk-salad in the city. It owes this longevity to the quality of patties and pancakes prepared by Myriam Sauvage (employed for 38 years, mainly under the Rosiau-Jolivet era) and the owner since 2012, Josiane Lebreton. But also to the warmth of its décor unchanged since the Giscard years, a highly wooded decor reminiscent of the choice, the mountain chalet or the country hostel. In the afternoon, a formula for less than € 10 offers a dish, dessert and coffee. Among our favourite plates, recommend the country galette (spiced onions, smoked breast, mirror egg, salad, mushrooms) and galette galette (caramel, caramel caramel, and chantilly). These dishes are delicious and have the good idea to find themselves in the menu from 14,50 to € served with a Breton kir offered by the house.
