In an intimate setting in the heart of the historic city centre of Laval, marked by its houses

Medieval, a little end of Brittany opens to you through the threshold of the restaurant Ty Billig (meaning the house of crêpière in Breton). The Origine of origin Hervé Chataignère and his wife Lucie treat amateurs of specialities by proposing on their map, the black wheat galette Billig topped with Saint-Jacques nuts and a fondue of crémés vegetables, or La Bigoudène for lovers of sweet salé with the union of Guémené's massive, a apple compotée and a hint of cream. The desserts of the Three brothers (ice cream, vanilla pecan and caramel, crowned with chantilly) are not neglected. The décor of the restaurant in purple and vanilla tones is modern and the music of the atmosphere is a circumstance since the Celtic and Breton music is constantly in honour.

Allant voir nos petits fils étudiants à l'Estaca Laval, nous les avions emmené à la crêperie Ty Billy. Accueil chaleureux, les galettes, crêpes délicieuses. Endroit sympathique, tout y est pour passer un agréable moment , avec les barrières sanitaires de rigueur.
