Completely remodelled in grey at the end of 2012, the Beijing is still characterized by the quality of the dishes (Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese) and the finesse of the very nice Cambodian boss Lung (pronounce Laigne). At the risk of not fans of the buffet at will (which makes the gourmands spend as much time as they eat to eat), we dare to claim that he is the best Chinese in Laval. Of course, the quality of the reception (let's go back!) plays, in our appreciation, a crucial role because it is very pleasant, when spending money to feed elsewhere than at home, to be served with the smile and a little word as charming as well chosen. It is true that Lung and her husband have good reason to smile for life: in a previous life, they knew the regime of the tyrant Pol Pot… For them, for over 30 years, life in Laval is Delicious. As for us, their nems and their painted duck, their crevettes shrimp and, among other things, their ravioli soup.
