BILL PIZZA
Set up for 3 years in the former Hairdressing Salon of Mauritius and Patrick Sablé (which was the most prestigious of the city under the Pinçon era, 1973-1994), Bill offers a dizzying choice of pizzas with names that sometimes make smiles (Grosse Peach, Rock'Fort, San'Tomato…) classified in five major families: Unavoidable, Specialities, Carnivores, Cheese and Poiscaille. Each can be ordered in version 26 or 33 (rest assured: it's about centimeters and not euros!) Hearty and prepared on-site with fresh products, they allow to stay hungry while regaling. The chef also has a snack card. However sober it may be, the decor is no less pleasant and lonely people know at least one commensale who, if not listened to, will speak to them throughout the meal: Lady Télé, of course!
