In May 2007, after 10 years of bakes boulevard Jean-Luc, Jean-Luc and Anny Hermenier wanted to satisfy their caught taste for bread and bread by resuming the oldest pizzeria of Laval, the one founded in the 1970 s by former professional footballer Pierre Lechantre. Renamed the Poterne by their predecessors who had had the good idea to add pancakes and patties on the map, the Hermenier were able to make their establishment one of the best in these specialties. One last advice: the maison-pili house is a success but… do not cover all your pizza under pain of catching a big sunburn before the end of the meal.
