FRANCESCA
Since November 2008, Italy has invited itself rue des Déportés with Francesca, a fast-dining franchise allowing to eat spaghetti, fusilli and other penne al dente accompanied by sauces cooked with extra virgin olive oil from Liguria. Using ingredients only Italian (pasta from Sicily, tomatoes in Naples…), the nice cook Olivier prepares dishes under our eyes. This ritual adds to the charm of this small house, which has half a dozen tables and a décor that sounds like the colourful design of the 70 s. The prices are for all the scholarships, Francesca attracts many young people throughout the week.
