Famous American franchise offering a sandwich prepared on site
It was in May 2012 that the famous American franchise landed in Laval, a pedestrian street, a few metres from town hall, in the premises of the old Left bank perfumery. Held by a Mayennais, Christophe Bigot, this newcomer is one of 36 000 Subway family stores in a hundred countries. His specialty? The sandwich prepared under our eyes (the transparency!) so that we know exactly what you eat in seconds. Another feature highlighted by this award created in 1965: the client is a master of his choice: format of the "sub" (15 or 30 cm), variety of bread (white, oats…), basic recipe (chicken, vegetarian…), vegetables (lettuce, olives…) and sauce (barbecue, honey mustard…). He is also free to choose where he will engulf his snack: on site or away from Subway!
