FOURNIL DE PIERRE
Located near the roundabout President and the enormous zoom carved by Louis Derbré, this former bakery Banette has been displaying since spring 2012 the colours of Baker de Pierre thanks to the return to Mayenne of the couple Garnier, which once held Les P'tits Bridges in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. This "new" is a "new" teacher who continues to attract many students (the college of law, the ITU and engineering schools are nearby) and many high quality fast-food enthusiasts. Pastries, cakes, recipes, salads and dishes of the day… the daily offer makes it possible to eat pleasant, on the ground floor or on the floor, without harming its personal finances (the formula of the midi is far below the bar of 10 €). You can also flash on the caramel jars in the salty butter… As follows: to prepare their excellent breads, the Garnier use organic flour made in Maine-et-Loire.
