LE BISTRO DE PARIS
Two years after the retirement of its legendary creator Guy Lemercier, Le Bistro continues to seduce the most demanding gourmets and amateurs of… " good business ". It is true that every business day (except Saturday evening) is available, an extraordinary menu for less than 30 € (let's know about you, especially those who think you cannot eat at the Bistro for less than € 50 per person!). This "Idea Bistro" allows, in particular, to taste a pressé of beef and foie gras, fermentation and early grecque in Greek, gribiche sauce, in resistance, a delicious quasi-roasted farmer roasted with thyme, wild mushrooms and onions of roscoff and, in dessert, a delicious citrus tartelette and favorite, dough cœur. It's the perfect place to stay in the heart of the city. By the way, buyers François Briand and Sylvain Fouilleul have been able to bet, including on the fruit of the vine and the work of men (their cellar has more than 300 wines!) besides this quality, it has also maintained the 1900 decor with its famous ice creams which allow to recoiffer, if necessary. As for the reception and service, it remains at the height of a restaurant that looks forward to returning the Michelin star lost upon the retirement of its founder.

Lieu bien décoré et propre.
Il faisait un peu froid dans la salle.
En quelques mot ,bon mais honereux pour des plats simple le cadre est original et le personnel très serviable .dommage ce serait parfait si moins cher.
