LE BISTRO L'ARDOISE
Ever since October 2014, Claudine Helbert and his eight staff have been hosting their customers in a restaurant restaurant brasserie with a very modern design with charcoal and a large white staircase to access the floor. Once at the table you will find a simple but refined kitchen with respect for the seasons and with fresh products. The slate formula gives the right, for example, to a shrimp mêlée on a bed of pineapple and a duck magret accompanied by sweet potatoes. Everything is unstoppable to the dessert where one regrets that the burnt cream (among others) does not seem to be a home by the chef. As a consolation lot, your meal can be extended at leisure with a small French draught beer in the bar on the ground floor.
