LE BISTRONOMIQUE
Gastronomy at the bistro level is the concept of a restaurant developed by Nicolas Boisramé and Alban Bodiniera since they decided to settle in Laval in May 2013. Chef Nicolas has worked for ten years in Paris, especially at Fouquet's, and it feels like he rush our palate with insoupsçonnées flavors. The blend of flavours is the brand name of the bistronomique that is fun to combine the leisure of the St-Jacques of Erquy with cauliflower but also of mango or veal with shot and butternut, for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds.
