L'GIGANBOUL
The gourmet restaurant L'Dealer had barely moved rue de Vaufleury that a new establishment took its place des Rams. Created by two gourmet friends that he associates to his name, Philippe Gigan and Pascal Boul, L'Giganboul offers traditional quality cuisine with pasta that can be accompanied by chopped beef tartars and, among other things, small mashed potatoes such as being prepared in families that love to take their time. The speciality of the restaurant that arrache quotiennement, according to the boss: St-Jacques ravioles with smoke chest and the cream of morels. It is good, rich, cheap and the service provided by Charlène and Amandine, smiling and efficient.
