LE MERMOZ
It was exactly 10 years (2002) that Richard and Valérie Tissier took over the restaurant that the "old" Laval was born under the name of Air Pub; 10 years that their Mermoz satisfies those who love lunch in the vicinity of planes: the real ones who take off and landing at the nearby airfield, fake wooden (models) that remain stuck at the ceiling of a room whose painting and furniture were rafaîchis in 2013. It is true that Richard came with references that tilt in Mayenne (Le Brillet-Pontin and La Table Round). If one has to define his kitchen, two words spontaneously come about the language: traditional and plentiful. And that's whether you choose a Norwegian tartar or a chicken liver salad, a cute Provençal filet or an shallot mudflap. The last thing: The Mermoz opens in the evening for those who, at a minimum of 12 people, make the request.
