The left bank is home to a gastronomic restaurant with an open kitchen where chef Alexandre Arnaud and his colleagues prepare fresh, seasonal products that have been rigorously selected. The dishes are original and elegant and the wines biodynamic. You will enjoy tuna marinated in pepper and sesame, crunchy vegetables, wasabi soya mousse; duck breast from Delphine's, coconut bean pulp, peach and smoked bacon shortbread and to finish an apricot dessert, vanilla and olive oil mousse, apricot sorbet.
