LE PONT NEUF
This establishment is no longer present (it was born in the 1930 s) where the "old" Laval likes to take their coffee on the terrace to see the cars in the city centre. Since September 2012, a new restaurant couple has taken possession of them, with Mayennais of origin wishing to return to the country after a Glass crossing. Besides an enriched card and meals on Fridays and Saturdays evenings where one can taste among others a beef tartar, Peter and Edith Hervé also offer a formula, from Monday to Friday midi with the choice, two dishes (11 €, 13 € with the drink) or three dishes (13,50 €, 16 € with the drink). Counsel: if you like caramel cream, take that of Pont-Neuf, it's served with chantilly and caramel is really a salty butter. The Chantilly is also served with the delicious base of homemade chocolate. Let us not forget, however, that the walls and tapestries of the establishment have been completely redesigned since December 2014.
