CAFÉ RESTAURANT QUAI 23
After long called Le Pub, then a few years L'Authentic, the restaurant of the Sadi-Carnot wharf began a new career under the name Pier 23. Decorated with a well-chosen colour duo (blue and yellow), this bar-brasserie welcomes its guests with a map that allows you to get out of the beaten paths, especially with its salted and sweet knocked (you recommend the chocolate). It also includes crystallized beef and a kidney pot that the chef accompanies with vegetable presentations as pleasant for the palate as for eyes. The ice is copious as well as the profiteroles of Pier 23, which can be savourées in the afternoon when the establishment turns into a bar-lounge of tea. As for its terrace of the lock for fine days, it offers the most beautiful view of its prestigious counterpart, the Old Castle. And the boss? Charming, smiling and efficient.
