In September 2012, in place of the late Havana, Nicolas Houssaye, the beloved leader of Round table in Change, had the right - and courageous - idea to create a second institution whose name requires to show up at the height: The Essentials. The stylish, rather chic frame with three rooms, one on the floor, is as pleasant as welcoming the two young people who provide the service. At midday, two formulas can be eaten for 12,90 € or 20,50 €. On the evening menu (15,90 € or 25,50 €), it allows you to enjoy dishes that are not found elsewhere: a fine sausage pie smoked in foie gras with green cabbage or a cod back with sausage, langoustine risotto and spice broth. The wine list can find the right beverage.

En fait la salle intérieure est très accueillante ce qui rend le repas encore plus formidable.
Les plats sont assez élaborés sans être gastronomiques. Le menu est original et très abordable.
