LE LIVING CAFE
It's been seven years since the Laval Hall of Lounge Style meets both those who live there noon and night and those travelling between meals (for tea time, for example) or to prolong an evening around a good whisky or homemade ice. The turn of the force of Marc Lerouyer - his nice boss - was to create a warm, serene and cosy framework in a place of 330 m ² that could have remained cold and without soul: the main building at Green Village Park. On the meals, the living room offers an attractive map, menus (at 22 and 29 €) and, at midday, a formula in slate at 12,40 €. The kitchen is traditional, with simple and unforgettable dishes: cooked shells in the oven, terrine house, skewers, lemon cream… Last point (important): The staff were friendly and helpful.
