LAVAL VIRTUAL

Created in 1999 on the initiative of the former mayor of Laval and former Secretary of State for Research, François d'Aubert, the International Virtual Days of Virtual Reality (alias Laval Virtual) quickly became a vital event, both in Laval life and in the universe of this Virtual Reality (R.V.) whose applications concern both medicine and architecture, industry that services… What is it about? To strengthen the links of the scientific community (with the International Meetings), to promote trade (with the Salon professional), to support the most promising students in this sector (with the Trophy Remission) and finally, last objective, which attracts thousands of curious every year in a multi-functional room decorated for the circumstance: to allow the general public to test the latest technological innovations in virtual games. Innovations that carry small and large in universes… really amazing!
