CLUB MARCHE NORDIQUE
If you're seeing a day in the walkers'campaign that looks like background skiers, you're probably in the presence of a sport from the cold, Nordic walking. Originally from Finland and popularized at the end of the 1990 s, this discipline is convenient with sticks that should be handled in harmony with legs (nothing complicated in this, just a technique to acquire). Inexpensive, this sport séduit small and large who want to solicit 80% of their muscles and walk a good step (6,5 km/h on average versus 4,5 for the walker without a stick). Opened in September 2010, the Laval Stadium section already has several dozen practitioners - mostly women - who love to foot the other in Finnish sauce and meet several times a week on the Aubépin site (near the athletics track) with club health coach Eva Stiver.
