LAVAL ROLLER

Affiliated with the Comité d'Animation du Bourny (aka CAB), the Laval roller skating club was born with the neighborhood in the late 1970s. Chaired by Anne-Françoise Montaron, it is the only club in the Mayenne region to offer disciplines that are as enjoyable to practice as they are to watch. Such is the case with figure skating, which is showcased every year at a gala in the Salle Polyvalente. Hiking, meanwhile, takes over the town center every May¹ with a circuit around the Place du Jet d'Eau. Inline skaters can take their first glides every Sunday, between 5.30pm and 7pm, at the Gaston-Lesnard gymnasium (84, boulevard Volney). Finally, those who would like to discover rink-hockey - skates in the shape of a quad - as opposed to roller-hockey, which the CAB also offers, are invited to come and support the fanion team. In association with the Le Mans team, they play in the Nationale 3 Pays-de-la-Loire league.
