Built in place of the former building in the area of psychiatry, the Faubourg-Saint-Vénérand residence opened in April 2008. It is not true that this 140-bed house is a good substitute for St. Julien's retirement house because it has what is best at the moment in terms of comfort. For example, it only offers single rooms with a surface area of 26 m ² and a water room. Its other feature is to provide specific support for residents with Alzheimer's disease or related syndromes.
