RETRAITE SPORTIVE DE LAVAL AGGLOMÉRATION

This is an association that welcomes many pensioners because it allows them to spend physically while making new friends. If she likes as much, it is also because the choice is wide: more than twenty activities (one dozen without any price supplement): climbing, dancing, table tennis, hiking, swing-golf, bowling, Nordic walking, archery, jogging, yoga… Of course, everyone goes at its own pace, framed by qualified instructors knowing how to adapt to the abilities of all those who have exceeded 50 years of age and who, for some, are approaching the 90 spring (but yes, it is well known: sport keeps). Chaired by Rémy Lerouge, the association also organizes mountain trips (skiing, snow raquettes…). The cost of registration? 36 € for the year, which must be paid together with a medical certificate.
