THE OLD DEPARTMENTAL RAILWAY STATION
At the top of the avenue Robert-Buron, the building that houses the Maison du Tourisme is an absolute attraction for the curious and lovers of history. Normal! It is the former main railway station of the departmental railways built at the end of the 1900 th century to serve as the junction point of two tramway lines opened in 1901 and (Laval/Saint-Jean-sur-Erve and Laval/Landivy). In order to demonstrate the prestige of the head of the department of Mayenne, this station had to be majestic.
