For the vast majority of old Laval people, the one now named Château Neuf will forever be the Palais de justice (finally, the old palace, of course, since the new place is Saint-Tugal). The various renovations that have followed over the last several years have allowed this building next to the Old Castle to rediscover the quality of the original decor, but also to realize that the Renaissance in Laval was a brilliant period.
