Work of the "popov" artist Alexandre Sokolovsky, the LC 4 statue (LC as Celtic Legend) occupies the hospital's own roundabout since March 2000. If this work of granite art ("in glanit", as the author says, with his warm accent) landed here, it is because she won two years earlier the competition of the first contemporary sculpture meetings that the City had organized during the summer of 1998. On this occasion, thirteen sculptors exhibited their works around town hall.
