Once it was the Bazin bakery later Al… Since 2007, this old, well-placed Laval restaurant (market, car park, Sunday mass…) has been picked up by the "artisan-passionate" Moses Derval, who has wanted to take up a new challenge (two signs, which health!) and to share the highest quality products for the city centre customers. Chocolates, for example, the only productions that the Baker makes come from the Avenue de Chanzy (historic headquarters of the Derval house).
