Since they took over in 1997 from the shop that the great chocolate maker Pierre Lachèze had known as a gastronomic institution (the Parisians stopped on the road to their holidays in Brittany), Bertrand and Marie Chevy welcomed countless gourmets and gourmets. Thanks to their chocolates and cakes, which make any idea of regime inconceivable; thanks to their caterer also (sofas, surprises, crab-salmon brioches…); thanks to their morning and afternoon breads, which finally demonstrate that a bakery can excel in these two wonderful trades…
