CASA DELLA PIZZA
A former baker who spent twenty years in the bank, Guy Bouvet well deserved his nickname: " The Italian on the rue des Déportés ", report to the delicious dishes that this friendly craftsman sells and prepares since 1992 in a Casa that cannot leave any indifferent palate… We think of pizza, necessarily, but also of filled lasagna, triangolis (triangular ravioli, you guessed), fresh pasta, brioches… Not forgetting all products coming from the country: hams of Parma and San Daniele, salami of Abbruze and Brianzolini, mozarella milk, tiramisu, bottles of marsala and Chianti… So many wonders and sweets that the chef likes to praise while he is cutting them and wrapping them up with a slow pace of another age (pressed, abstain!) and a quasi-religious respect…
