AUX CAVISTES DES BOZÉES
It was in 2002, a few years after returning to his hometown to create a first shop in front of the Old Bridge, that the former sommelier of Crillon (among others) Hubert Noted decided to open Les Wine des Bozées in one of the buildings that faces the centre-multi-activity of Saint-Nicolas. Nicknamed "the end of the Bozées" by magazine L'Express, this specialist of national reputation proposes, at a good temperature (between 13 and 16 °), close to a thousand references he knows to praise with the words that he needs. But this great artist is also very much dominated by Scotch, whisky. Notice to amateurs who would like to test it: it organizes a tasting session on the first Saturday of each month…
