FROMAGES ET VINS
In 2007, after 21 years of good and "tasty" service as sommelier at the Bistro de Paris (at the time of Guy Lemercier), Jean-François Pavoine decided to become a shopkeeper by adding a wine section to the cheese shop in the Halles Saint-Louis, which had been run by Edith and Michel Gashet for 12 years. A good move! Many gourmets have since made this perilous professional choice, knowing that they can find something to delight their palate and that of their guests on Saturday evening or Sunday lunchtime... And this, without having to break their piggy bank! To satisfy your curiosity, tastings are organized.

Mr Pavoine has a good knowledge of food and wine pairings.
At least a real and simple shop, you will feel at home!
