L'ESCALE
It is not because a four lane connects directly Laval and Mayenne that you have to remove Louverné from the meal card! Notice to villages that are sparsely-frequented by trucks (this makes the world!), L'Escale carries its name with its menu which, every lunchtime, offers three entries and three different dishes of the day and after. Not to mention a card of desserts that could delight all the greedy. With regard to the Flavour menu of Mayenne (17 €), it is little said that he is honouring the department with his terrine trio or trout salad from Parné-sur-Roc; its cute customs Rousseau, or its trout back (also from Parné!), cheeses from the Sewing Abbey and a delicious apple. Little more: The hashed potatoes are eaten because they are home (necessarily!) Always in small care with its customers, the staff also deserve compliments.
