Created in 1912, the Vaubernier cheese dairy has been run since 1937 by the Drezen family - Catherine represents the third generation. Every day, she collects her milk within a radius of 40 km from 210 producers in Mayenne. In Martigné sur Mayenne, nearly 130 employees use their know-how to make Camemberts "Bons Mayennais", but also butter, Brie, Coulommiers...
