Both of them from the hotel-restaurant, Fabienne Beucher and Chafik Issiakhem have decided to open in June 2013 a restaurant that makes the most of Mediterranean specialities. In the pure maghreb tradition, the stew is served on the customer in a cast-iron cooker as well as a couscous or an oral osso. Enjoy these exotic flavours. In spite of this, the decoration of the place is somewhat outdated, which is not in keeping with the taste quality of the dishes offered. But above all, the user's philosophy is a summary of the philosophy of managers towards their customers. Many of them enjoy having a drink after lunch at the Mediterranean counter, which is also empowered as a bar.
