Starred restaurant offering a simple and creative cuisine with local, seasonal, regional and organic products

After working in prestigious starred restaurants, Nicolas Nobis was awarded his star in February 2011. Better make a reservation to take a seat in this contemporary, cosy and intimate room. Nicolas's cuisine is both simple and creative using local, seasonal, regional and organic produce. On the spot: duck foie gras, red fruits, beetroot and sweet pepper followed by a natural saint-pierre, fennel vinaigrette, zucchini and salicorne. For dessert: poached peach, rhubarb, verbena sorbet. Nice wine list.

Les associations sont originales et les assaisonnements toujours très précis. L'accueil est très professionnel. Les prix sont très corrects au vue de la qualité de le lieu.
