Starred restaurant offering a simple and creative cuisine with local, seasonal, regional and organic products

After working in prestigious starred restaurants, Nicolas Nobis was awarded his star in February 2011. Better make a reservation to take a seat in this contemporary, cosy and intimate room. Nicolas's cuisine is both simple and creative using local, seasonal, regional and organic produce. On the spot: duck foie gras, red fruits, beetroot and sweet pepper followed by a natural saint-pierre, fennel vinaigrette, zucchini and salicorne. For dessert: poached peach, rhubarb, verbena sorbet. Nice wine list.

Une vue sur la campagne, et ça devient un paradis !
Cuisine excellente et accueil agréable. Que demander de plus ?...sauf un cadre sur la campagne mayennaise, plutôt que sur la nationale ! C'est tellement dommage, même si cela n'enlève en rien la qualité de l'assiette.

C'est dans un cadre très sympa que nous avons diner. Au départ réticent d'aller dans un restaurant étoilé, nous n'avons pas du tout regretté. Les plats étaient aussi bons que beaux. Une originalité et un service impeccable. Je vous le recommande vivement

Quel délice....restaurant de grande qualité.
Dommage que le cadre ne soit guère choisi mais lorsqu on savoure, on oublie cela.

Ce restaurant étoilé à des prix très raisonnables pour une très grande qualité de cuisine et de service. Le menu "initiation" du midi à 24 € est une aubaine qui permet de découvrir la maison.... et donne envie de revenir goûter au menu "l'éveil des sens".

A michelin-starred restaurant that leaves beautiful dishes, but redundant (famous foie gras starter casas and given to all sauces each board swapping or almost...)and a chef who does not seem well at ease in desserts. Here is my frank and sincere opinion on this that the dead end should not be, but for which critical must be careful with the height of distinction red book.
