HOTEL RESTAURANT CROIX VERTE
Here is a hotel restaurant known as white wolf throughout the department. Rebuilt in 1966 and resumed in 1992 by its current operator, the likeable Bertrand Boullier, it combines charm of bygone times (the softness of living in French, the attentive service to the old, with eternal or even rabble dishes) and today's modern infrastructures, especially with regard to the eight perfectly equipped and comfortable rooms. In short, as you have understood, it is an address that deserves a step. Or an order, because Daniel Boullier is also catering, within a radius of 500 km! In the restaurant you can sample crisp crisp gambas gambas from black radish juice, a tartare jacques walnut tartare or a cute veal fillet to morels and calf slices and dessert, a chocolate moelleux in raspberry heart and orange tile.
