LA P'TITE MOUSSE
It was in 2009 that the former pastry pastry craftsman from Château-Saved Hervé Grimault opened its artisanal brewery at the Parc des Loges. With wheat, barley, water and hops, Hervé made his passion by creating his own beers (7 hours for the brewing, 17 days for maturation) which can be rousses or elliptical! or white, golden to spices, chestnut or fruit. All of these "Grimhel" - the boss's brand - can also be tasted on site, just a few steps from the manufacturing workshop, in a large area where it makes good use of beer with friends. Of course, at the request, Hervé organizes private and/or theme evenings.
