More than 20 years ago, Gérard and Nandamani Chartier left the Paris region to settle in Saint-Calais-du-Desert. Today, with nearly 90 goats, they produce cheeses with goat milk that can be bought on the farm. In tombs or lumps, Little Pail or Cendré, besides being delicious, their cheeses are organic.
