L'AQUARELLE
Less than km from Château-Saved, this gourmet restaurant is ideal for its location and its surroundings. From its terrace, the view over Mayenne in summer is sublime and some come from either lunch or dinner by boat. The meals under the pergola are also charming. In the winter, we hid in the panoramic room in 2014 with completely replaced furniture which offers a relaxing setting and places guests in good arrangements to taste the specialities of the house by Bruno Emery. This chef likes to work, in his kitchen also renovated, as much as possible with local producers, for wonderful results like those that follow from the map: calves and tartare salmon tartar, crunchy mango lawyer, boneless veal coast, low temperature cooked, sturgeon caramel and vegetable samossas, rôti cuissot roast…
