Je suis entièrement d'accord avec l'avis de Droopy59. M. FOSSET a été nominé au concours du Meilleur Ouvrier de France comme fromager. Il présente un choix de fromages exceptionnel. Personnellement, je me rends dans ma belle-famille au Mans environ 6 fois par an, et à chaque fois je fais le plein, et repars avec ma réserve de fromages mis sous vide (pour ne pas me faire lyncher dans le train, car j'aime par dessus tout les fromages très forts)
I find this description very incomplete, because certainly one can have a Mr Fosset excellent cheeses for the price, but especially, first of all, Mr Fosset is a bible cheese. I do not know person on all France has such a choice, and such a knowledge of the products and people who do them. For France and other European countries. Personally, I make a detour to go in this cheesemonger each time I can.
