HÔTEL DU COMMERCE * * *
Since 1883, five generations have succeeded each other at the helm of this high-ranking hostelry. But that doesn't mean you can't stand still: The Mistress of the House, Marie-José Oger, offers everything you want to find in a hotel in this category, and even more: air-conditioned winter garden, bar, lounge, billiard room, sauna... In terms of gastronomy, chef Samuel Oger honours his ancestors and works in the regional register. Its €13.90 formula around a dish and its various menus (from €32 to €49) satisfy the most demanding gourmets, the menu ranging from pan-fried sweetbreads to morel cream, scallops, steamed leeks or hot foie gras with marmalade and dessert with candied apple pie, ice cream and caramel in salted butter. The bistro will only be active at lunchtime, with dishes from €16 to €20 and menus at €22, €35 or €45. As for the hotel, it can also be very appreciated when organizing seminars.
