A farm brewery in the Sarthoise countryside, created in 1995, specialising in artisanal production, processing and selling on-line agricultural products of quality: cider (half-dry and rosé), made with the apples of the orchard but also with aperitifs, juices, jams and jellies. The house specialty, "La Milessiane" - the assembly of cider apple juice, a red Loir hillside and apple life water - alongside fruit juices, the old-fashioned copper cauldron and the jellies of cassis, quinces, currants or apples.
