This sanctuary is located on the Forêtie site and was one of the main places of worship for the Aulerques Cénomans. It was dedicated to the god Mars Mullo, a Romanized indigenous deity. In 1774, Charles Drouet discovered the Tour aux Fées site, and in 1953, Pierre Terrouane revealed a vast Gallo-Roman sanctuary. He unearthed weapons, coins, sculptures, ceramics, etc., enabling him to date the site's occupation from the 4th century BC to the5th century AD. His excavations, completed in 1979, were resumed in 1994 under the responsibility of the CNRS UMR 8546.
